COOLINARY NEW ORLEANS DINNER MENU

AVAILABLE AUGUST 1 - 31, 2012

 

FIRST COURSE

FRIED OYSTERS

with crumbled bleu cheese, chopped bacon, and Remoulade sauce

JUMBO SHRIMP

with caramelized onions, roasted jalapenos and red pepper cream cheese

HEART OF ROMAINE SALAD

with shaved purple onions, cherry tomatoes, crumbled goat cheese, diced tasso, and Creole French dressing

 

SECOND COURSE

AIRLINE BREAST OF CHICKEN

with diced red potatoes, roasted squash, zucchini, and purple onions

FRESH FISH OF THE DAY

with roasted white corn Maque Choux.  Finished with cilantro aioli

SEAFOOD ETOUFFEE

with lump crabmeat, jumbo shrimp, and Louisiana crawfish tails. 

Served over steamed rice

 

THIRD COURSE

COURTYARD BREAD PUDDING

with Whiskey Sauce

FRESH FRUIT SABAYON
