PreGame Special Dinner Menu before Saints-Cowboys Game, Nov. 10th

FIRST COURSE

 

FRIED OYSTERS

with crumbled bleu cheese, chopped bacon, and Remoulade sauce

 

JUMBO SHRIMP

with caramelized onions, roasted jalapenos and red pepper cream cheese

 

COURT OF TWO SISTERS DINNER SALAD

Seasonal greens and red onions in a Creole French dressing garnished with tasso, pecans and chopped boiled eggs.

 

 

SECOND COURSE

 

GRILLED BREAST OF CHICKEN

with diced red potatoes, roasted squash, zucchini, and purple onions

 

FRESH FISH OF THE DAY

with roasted white corn Maque Choux.  Finished with cilantro aioli.

 

SEAFOOD ETOUFFEE

with lump crabmeat, jumbo shrimp, and Louisiana crawfish tails served over steamed rice.
