Our Executive Chef - Chad Penedo
Chef Penedo was named Executive Chef of the Court of Two Sisters in November 2007, after serving as nighttime chef for almost a year. Penedo is responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff during each evening's delicious Creole dinner and creating nightly specials, while also supervising the restaurant’s daytime Jazz Brunch kitchen staff.
A graduate of the Culinary Arts program at Delgado Community College in New Orleans, Penedo worked in the kitchens of Rock N' Bowl, Nautical and Ye Olde College Inn prior to joining the Court of Two Sisters. As a native New Orleanian, Penedo is excited to be part of this historic French Quarter restaurant. “I greatly enjoy sharing our traditional and original Creole dishes with locals and visitors from around the country and the world,” says Penedo.
