Closings & COOLinary Dinner Menu

Please note that due to renovations in our Terrace dining room and buffet area we will not be serving our Jazz Brunch buffet August 11-21, 2015.  We will also be closed for dinner on August 11th, but will reopen for dinner only on August 12th and will continue to serve dinner only during the renovations.  Jazz Brunch will reopen on Saturday, August 22, 2015.

Also, we are offering a 3-Course Dinner throughout August as past of the COOLinary New Orleans Restaurant campaign. Below is the menu.  We will also serve our regular dinner menu.

Seasonal greens and red onions tossed in a Creole French dressing, garnished with tasso, pecans and chopped boiled eggs.

SECOND COURSE

AIRLINE BREAST OF CHICKEN

with roasted red potatoes, squash, zucchini, and chicken au jus

ROASTED JUMBO SHRIMP

with caramelized onions and peppers. Served over steamed rice with diced tasso and shrimp stock

LOUISIANA SEAFOOD ETOUFFEE

with lump crabmeat, jumbo shrimp, and Louisiana crawfish tails. Served over steamed rice
